Keys is seeking a Registered Manager for The Haven, a 14-bed residential service in Wales, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. You will lead a large, dedicated team and work under regional leadership to deliver person-centered care that respects independence and choice.

The role requires proven registered manager experience in residential care, strong people management, and a commitment to exceptional service quality within a complex needs setting.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a background in Complex Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. Keys looking for someone who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.

The Haven is an 14 -bed residential service in specialising in support for adults with Learning Disabilities & Mental Health. This home has a large team and is a large property, with a main house and 3 bungalows on site.

You’ll manage a large and passionate team who are truly invested in supporting vulnerable adults through person-centered care. You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager & Director, as well as our Clinical team of Neuropsychologists, Specialist Nurses in Learning Disabilities & Mental Health.

We Are Looking For a Manger Who

• Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within Residential care


• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
