Accomplish Group is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our Midlands team in delivering high-quality residential care for adults with complex needs. You will manage a small, skilled team and work with our clinical and regional teams to maintain service excellence.

The role requires previous Registered Manager experience in residential care. We offer generous rewards and progression opportunities within the group.

Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to join our Midlands team, we're looking for someone who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.

Evergreen is an 8 -bed residential service in specialising in support for adults with an acquired brain injury & mental health. Our home currently has 5 adults living here, our goal is to grow our occupancy through strong relationship building.

You’ll manage a small, but skilled team who are truly invested in supporting vulnerable adults through person-centered care. You’ll be supported by your Regional Manager & Divisional Manager, as well as our Clinical team of Neuropsychologists, Specialist Nurses in Learning Disabilities & Mental Health.

We are looking for a Manger who:

• Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within Residential care
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within a Complex Needs setting
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
• Salary - up to £45,000 per annum
• Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your salary
