Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Service Manager to lead our 11-bed Supported Living service for people with Learning Disabilities and Secondary Mental Health needs in the South, Paignton area. You will report into an experienced Registered Manager who visits weekly and will contribute to the wider portfolio growth.

The role requires leadership experience in Supported Living, a focus on independence and person-centred care, and a Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification.

Job description

Keys are looking for a Service Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 11-bed Supported Living Service that supports individuals with Learning Disabilities and Secondary Mental Health needs. You'll be a part of our wider Supported Living portfolio in the South, reporting into an experienced Registered Manager who will visit your service once a week. You'll be joining a growing portfolio and have the chance to develop and grow with us on the journey.

• Experienced as a leadership role within Supported Living, this could be as a Deputy Manager
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health
• Demonstrates positive values
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Is working towards or has achieved their Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management
• Salary - £40,000 - £45,000k DOE
• Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your salary
