Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to join our North-West team, we're looking for someone who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.

Byron Lodge is a 14-bed residential service in Blackley, Manchester, specialising in support for adults with an acquired brain injury. We offer a calm, structured and empowering environment where people can relearn essential life skills and work towards greater independence.

We are looking for a Manger who is:

• Experienced in a leadership role within Residential Care
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
• Salary - up to £48,000 per annum
• Bonus Scheme- Earn 21% of your salary
• Clinical & Specialist Advice- Your home will have an assigned team of Clinical and Specialist Advisors who are dedicated to your region
