Keys Children in Wales is seeking a Registered Manager for an adult residential service in Haverfordwest. You will lead a large, compassionate team delivering person-centered care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

The role offers up to £48,000 salary, a 21% bonus scheme, 32 days annual leave, DBS cost coverage and ongoing training. You will work with a regional and clinical support network to ensure high-quality services and CIW compliance.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone with a background in Complex Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. Keys are looking for someone who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.

The Haven is an 14 -bed residential service in specialising in support for adults with Learning Disabilities & Mental Health. This home has a large team and is a large property, with a main house and 3 bungalows on site.

You'll manage a large and passionate team who are truly invested in supporting vulnerable adults through person-centered care. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager & Director, as well as our Clinical team of Neuropsychologists, Specialist Nurses in Learning Disabilities & Mental Health.

We are looking for a Manger who:

• Has previous experience as a Registered Manager within Residential care
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within a Complex Needs setting
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
• Salary - up to £48,000 per annum
• Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your salary
