Job summary

Keys is seeking a Service Manager to lead our 11-bed Supported Living Service for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Secondary Mental Health needs. You will report to an experienced Registered Manager who visits weekly and play a key role in the South's portfolio development.

This role suits someone with leadership experience in Supported Living who values independence, choice and respect for service users. DBS checks are funded, with ongoing training and development support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within Supported Living.
• Committed to promoting independence, choice and respect for service users.
• Knowledge of CQC/legislation and best practice in Supported Living.
• Working towards or holding Level 5 Leadership & Management.
• Excellent time management and ability to work on own initiative.

Keys are looking for a Service Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 11-bed Supported Living Service that supports individuals with Learning Disabilities and Secondary Mental Health needs. You’ll be a part of our wider Supported Living portfolio in the South, reporting into an experienced Registered Manager who will visit your service once a week. You’ll be joining a growing portfolio and have the chance to develop and grow with us on the journey.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves managing supported living provisions but doesn't want to, or isn't quite ready, to register with CQC just yet.

We are looking for a Service Manager who is:

• Experienced as a leadership role within Supported Living, this could be as a Deputy Manager
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Is working towards or has achieved their Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management
