  • Ofsted rating: New home (pre‑registration / opening phase)
Who we are looking for

You are an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand‑new children’s home. You will build and lead a stable team, deliver high standards of care, and ensure young people are safe, supported, and able to thrive.

You possess a strong understanding of safeguarding, quality standards, and the regulatory framework for children’s homes. A detail‑oriented approach is essential, along with the ability to advocate effectively for young people and keep their voices central to decision‑making.

This role requires a hands‑on leader who can combine structure with creativity, bringing a positive and solution‑focused mindset to the challenges of opening and developing a new service.
