Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new children's home in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new service from the ground up, creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment for young people who are making sense of adverse childhood experiences. The successful candidate will lead and develop a stable, motivated team, ensuring consistently high standards of care and safeguarding. They will be a strong advocate for young people, ensuring their voices are central to all decision-making and care planning. You will have excellent attention to detail, a strong understanding of regulatory compliance, and the ability to balance a hands‑on management style with creativity, innovation and a positive, solution‑focused approach.
