Children and young people aged 8–18 with residential care needs
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (Residential Management pathway) or willingness to achieve
Minimum 2 years’ recent senior experience within a children’s residential setting, with at least 1 year managing a team within a care environment
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their children’s residential homes in Staffordshire. Their homes are designed to provide a safe, nurturing and family-style environment where children and young people can develop positive relationships, stability and improved outcomes. This is a hands‑on leadership role with full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management, safeguarding, compliance and overall performance of the home. You will work closely with senior leadership to embed a therapeutic ethos, support staff development and ensure exceptional care delivery.
