Job summary

Sgscare is recruiting a Registered Manager for a children's home in Bacup. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safeguarding, and lead a small team to provide high-quality care for children aged 8–17 in a 4-bed setting.

The role is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, offering a salary of £51,500–£60,000 per year plus a £7,500 welcome bonus. A full UK driving licence is required and ongoing professional development is supported.

Service Users: EBD, ages 8–17 years

Qualifications Required: NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children's and Young People's Workforce, plus QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services (or willingness to work towards this qualification)
