Sgscare is seeking a passionate Registered Manager for a new 4-bed children’s home in Cherry Willingham, Lincoln. This role involves leading operational management and supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties in a nurturing environment.

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + bonuses
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Full-time

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Experience Required: Previous experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding children’s home
The Home: This is an exciting opportunity to lead a brand new 4-bed children’s home in Cherry Willingham, Lincoln. The service will support children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), providing a safe, structured and nurturing environment where young people can rebuild trust, develop resilience and achieve positive outcomes.
As the Registered Manager, you will take ownership of the registration, launch and operational leadership of the home, building a strong culture from day one and ensuring excellent care standards throughout.
