Our client is recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established children’s residential home in the rural setting of East Huntspill, Highbridge.
You will be responsible for leading the day‑to‑day operation of the home, ensuring children receive high‑quality, individualised care while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding, compliance and regulatory practice. You will also develop and inspire a committed staff team, creating a reflective, supportive and child‑focused culture.
The home benefits from ongoing support from an experienced Responsible Individual and Head of Care, providing regular guidance, leadership and operational support.
