Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in Domiciliary Care Management.
• Preferably with CQC inspection involvement.
• UK Driving Licence.

Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

We are working with an established Domiciliary Care provider seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow their service. You will receive support from dedicated Directors in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational and care delivery functions, reporting to the Directors
• Promote the service via social media and community engagement to increase referrals
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee clients’ care plans, ensuring safety and high standards
• Develop and retain care staff
• Understand the Care Act and CQC Standards

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in Domiciliary Care Management, preferably with CQC inspection involvement
• Working towards or achieved NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
• UK Driving Licence
