Job Description:

Are you an experienced and compassionate leader looking to make a difference in care services?

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee supported living operations across Cheshire, Oldham, and Stoke, supporting adults with learning disabilities.

You will need to travel to the office in Cheshire twice a week.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager

• Manage the day-to-day running of the service to ensure high-quality, safe care and support in accordance with CQC standards;
• Support and manage a team delivering care services within supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities;
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards;
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain stakeholder relationships;
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and service development.

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Management experience within Health and Social Care, ideally in residential services;
• Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it;
• Knowledge of current CQC care standards;
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager, preferably with supported living for adults with learning disabilities;
• Strong knowledge of health and social care regulations;
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent);
• Support from an experienced team;
• Paid holiday: 5.6 weeks per year;
