Registered Home Manager - Nursing & Dementia Care

Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum plus benefits

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Registered Home Manager to lead a medium-sized nursing home in the Littlehampton area. This role is ideal for a strong, stabilising leader who can bring clarity, confidence, and direction to the team while driving the home toward excellence.

The home provides high-quality nursing and dementia care within a warm, person-centred environment. We are looking for someone who can shape and strengthen the home's culture, build team cohesion, and ensure consistent, outstanding standards of care.

About You

You will be an experienced Home Manager with the passion and resilience to lead from the front. You'll understand what it takes to create stability, embed positive values, and motivate a team to perform at its best. A solid grasp of CQC requirements, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement, is essential.

You will have:
  • Nursing qualification (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
  • Previous experience managing a nursing or care home
  • Strong, confident leadership with the ability to inspire and unify teams
  • A track record of driving quality improvements and building strong service culture
  • Deep knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and best practice
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
