Job summary

Health Recruit Network seeks a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in the Croydon area. You will oversee daily operations, conduct client assessments, and ensure person-centered care planning while developing staff and maintaining governance standards.

The role requires Level 5 Health & Social Care, senior leadership experience in domiciliary care, and full driving licence. On-call duties and local community engagement are included.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
• Experience in domiciliary care management or senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Proven experience in team management and service delivery.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to participate in on-call support for staff and clients.

Location: Croydon Area

Salary: Circa £45,000 per year (DOE)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week + on-call duties

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
