Job summary

Solor Limited is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for domiciliary care services across Hampshire and Surrey, including Weybridge and Aldershot. You will lead the operations team to ensure safe, person-centred care in clients’ homes and drive service quality in line with CQC standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong budgeting and staff development skills, plus on-call availability. A Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care and a Full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3,000+ hours hands-on experience in domiciliary care.
• Proven experience managing a care service, including staff management, risk assessment and care planning.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management in a care setting.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Confident using care management software and electronic record-keeping systems.
• Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.

Our Client is a CQC-registered provider of high-quality domiciliary and live-in care across Hampshire and Surrey. We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our operational team and drive the delivery of safe, person-centred care to clients in their own homes.

The day to day duties for the Domiciliary Care Manager includes:
