Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd. in Poynton is recruiting a Registered Manager to launch and grow a new domiciliary care branch. You will take operational ownership, build a high-performing team, ensure CQC compliance, and establish a trusted local presence while delivering outstanding person-centred care at clients’ homes.

You will lead a unique startup journey with autonomy, supported by senior leadership, and you’ll drive growth in care hours and community engagement from day one.

Qualifications

Previous management experience within domiciliary or home care.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to grow a successful service.
