Job summary

Premier Healthcare in Hereford is seeking a passionate Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary branch. You will drive quality person-centred care, develop a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with CQC standards while building a strong local reputation.

You will have autonomy to shape the branch from day one, support the senior leadership team, and pursue growth in care hours and service levels, with ongoing training and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within the care sector, ideally within domiciliary services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements.
• Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
• Proactive mindset and passion for person-centred care.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.

£41,500 basic salary plus bonus scheme, 27 days holiday (rising to 27 with service), Blue Light Card, and Employee Assistance Programme.

Location: Hereford, Herefordshire.

Employment type: Permanent | Full‑time.
