Job summary

Premier Recruitment Solutions in Northampton is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead a new domiciliary branch, with autonomy and support from a senior leadership team. You will hold CQC registration, recruit and develop a care team, build relationships with customers and local stakeholders, and drive growth in care hours while maintaining high standards of quality and person-centered care.

This permanent, full-time role offers up to £45,000 with a bonus scheme, 25–27 days holiday, Blue

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role within the care sector.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements.
• Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Experience establishing and growing a new branch.

We’re looking for a passionate and people-focused Peripatetic Registered Manager to lead and develop a new domiciliary branch based in Northampton. You’ll be at the heart of delivering outstanding home care and building a strong local reputation, creating a branch culture that prioritises quality, person-centred care, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience in a management role within the care sector and ideally domiciliary care
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements
• Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)

• Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
