Job summary

Premier Healthcare in Pudsey is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary branch, delivering outstanding community care with a strong local reputation.

You will ensure CQC compliance, recruit and develop a skilled team of care professionals, and drive high standards of person-centred care and operational excellence within the branch. You’ll work with a senior leadership network to sustain growth and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a domiciliary care branch within a regulated environment (CQC).
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care standards.
• Proven leadership and people-development skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch and ensure CQC compliance.
• Hold CQC registration and maintain compliance from day one.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals.
• Lead clinical staff to deliver high-quality, safe care.
• Build strong relationships with customers, families and local stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for commercial performance and operational excellence.

About the Role:

• Over see the day to day running of the branch, whilst adhering to CQC compliance regulations
• Hold CQC registration and ensure compliance from day one
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of care professionals
• Lead a team of clinical staff overseeing there duties and ensuring it is being done to the highest standard
• Build strong relationships with customers, families, and local stakeholders
• Take full responsibility for commercial performance, quality, and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Experience in a management role within the care sector and ideally within domiciliary care
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Proactive mindset and passion for person-centred care
