Salary: £42,000 + Bonus | Location: Hereford

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Care Manager to lead our branch team, deliver exceptional care services, and drive operational excellence. About the Role

As Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain regulatory compliance, support business growth, and build strong relationships with customers, families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders. You will play a key role in developing a positive culture where both customers and colleagues can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Desirable

• Experience within the health and social care sector.
• Previous experience in a management role within care services.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
• Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements and inspection frameworks.
