Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care service in Southampton. This role requires hands-on leadership and a strong background in domiciliary care management and CQC compliance.

You will oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and the development of care and office teams, while building relationships with service users, families and professionals. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience within domiciliary care.
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
