Job summary

Nurse Seekers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Registered Homecare Manager to lead a central Hampshire service, overseeing the team and ensuring outstanding, person-centred care for clients.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, full-time, with a clear path for leadership and service development. Ideal candidates will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care and strong knowledge of CQC and safeguarding standards, plus a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

Registered Manager or senior adult social care leader.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care preferred.
Strong knowledge of CQC, safeguarding and quality standards.
