Job summary

Premier Healthcare in Diss is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing home care branch. You will have full autonomy, manage operations, ensure CQC compliance, and drive high-quality person-centred care.

The role requires leadership capability, CQC knowledge, and Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care or progress toward it. This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary up to £45,000 plus bonus, and strong support from the senior leadership team.
