Job summary

Premier Healthcare in Aylesbury is seeking a confident Head of Care to lead our domiciliary and supported living services. You will manage a team of registered managers across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and compliance with CQC requirements.

This permanent, full-time role offers a £55,000 base salary plus a bonus scheme, with 27 days' holiday and access to a Blue Light Card and Employee Assistance Programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational management role within the care sector, ideally domiciliary or supported living.
• Management of 3 registered managers at one time in a previous role.
• Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Proactive mindset and passion for person-centred care.
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of registered managers across domiciliary and supported living settings.
• Hold CQC registration and ensure compliance for the services.
• Build strong relationships with customers, families, and local stakeholders.
• Drive growth in care hours and establish a strong local reputation.
