Alina Homecare in Chichester is seeking a Registered Manager to lead service delivery, uphold quality and ensure regulatory compliance. You will manage the local team, drive growth and maintain high standards of care while engaging with clients, families and external partners.

You will oversee daily operations, governance and P&L performance, aiming for Outstanding CQC ratings and continuous improvement. A driving licence and active involvement in care regulation are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.
• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership and change management skills.
• Ability to build effective external relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

• A driving licence & access to a vehicle
• NVQ Level 5 or studying/willing to work towards this
• Domiciliary home care management experience

Hours
Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, On-call responsibility
