Job summary

Alina Homecare in Epsom seeks a Registered Manager to oversee local services, develop the team, and ensure outstanding CQC standards. You will drive strategic growth, manage P&L, governance, and quality systems, while building strong relationships with clients and families.

The role offers permanent, full-time hours with potential for career progression and professional development through the Alina Homecare Academy. UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.
• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
• Excellent leadership and change management skills.
• Ability to build effective external relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
• Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Representing the company with external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Leading the senior management team.

Hours
Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, On-call responsibility
