Job summary

Alina Homecare Group in Peterborough is seeking a Registered Manager to lead local services with accountability for quality, regulatory compliance and growth. You will drive performance, develop the team, manage client relationships and uphold our care standards.

The role offers progression opportunities, enhanced training via the Alina Homecare Academy, and a focus on delivering Outstanding CQC ratings while maintaining strong governance and financial control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.
• Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
• In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility; ensuring governance, audit and quality systems.
• Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Representing the company with external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Leading the senior management team.

• A driving licence & access to a vehicle
• NVQ Level 5 or studying/willing to work towards this
• Domiciliary home care management experience
• A passion for providing quality care & support
