Job summary

Alina Homecare is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a new Wolverhampton branch, ensuring delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will be responsible for regulatory compliance, governance and safeguarding, while driving business development and maintaining P&L accountability.

The role demands strategic leadership and strong stakeholder engagement with senior management. The position is full-time at our Wolverhampton location, with generous holiday and a strong bonus structure,

Responsibilities

• Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
• Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Representing the company with external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Leading the senior management team.
