Alina Homecare in Eastbourne is seeking a Registered Manager to lead a start-up branch of domiciliary homecare. You will be fully accountable for service quality, regulatory compliance and achieving Outstanding CQC ratings.

This full-time role offers a generous bonus scheme, up to £5,000 annually, plus a £1,000 joining incentive and a comprehensive development programme.

You will manage P&L, governance, stakeholder relations and strategy, with flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in care management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of improving care quality and CQC ratings.

Responsabilités

• Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
• Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Representing the company with external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Leading the senior management team.
