Job summary

Alina Homecare Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a startup branch in Richmond upon Thames. You will act as the CQC Registered Manager with full accountability for service quality, regulatory compliance, and safeguarding.

Qualifications

Experience as CQC Registered Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Proven track record in driving regulatory compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
Strategic planning and business development.
Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
Leading safeguarding and serious incident management.
Representing the company with external stakeholders.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
Leading the senior management team.
