Job summary

Alina Homecare Group in Exeter seeks a Registered Manager to lead the new branch, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and outstanding regulatory performance. You will be accountable for service quality, governance, and P&L, whilst guiding the branch to achieve and sustain an Outstanding CQC rating.

The role requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to develop business growth in a supportive, people-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in domiciliary/homecare settings with CQC oversight.
• Proven ability to drive governance, quality systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
• Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
• Strategic planning and business development.
• Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
• Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
• Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management.
• Representing the company with external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Leading the senior management team.

Hours
Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, On-call responsibility
