Job summary

Network Plus is recruiting a Utilities Planner to support National Grid projects. The role focuses on planning and coordinating works before site activity, with some Street Works involvement. You will ensure alignment with push plans, dates, NRSWA compliance, and KPI timelines, minimising financial impact for the company.

The successful candidate will coordinate workstreams, schedule orders, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience in Utilities.
• Experience in planning or coordination roles.
• Experience with Street Works is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a logical approach.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of workstreams from receipt to completion.
• Schedule work orders to SLAs, optimising routes and productivity.
• Identify issues early and coordinate with utilities and promoters.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally.
• Provide daily/weekly reports and maintain KPI standards.
• Offer innovative solutions and adapt to change.
• Communicate plans and status to stakeholders.
• Participate in planning meetings and complete actions.
