SRS Recruitment Solutions is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager (Technical) to own and grow a Scottish territory focused on fixings and anchoring products. You’ll work closely with contractors and specifiers, driving opportunities from early stage through to secured business.

The role emphasizes a consultative, technically-engaged selling approach, with travel across Scotland and occasional NI trips. A strong track record in construction tech sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Track record selling technical products within construction.
• Experience in fixings, façades, cladding or building envelope space.
• Strong technical curiosity with ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
• Proven ability to build contractor relationships and influence specifications early.
• Self-starting, consultative approach to selling.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales of the specialist fixings and anchoring portfolio in Scotland.
• Cultivate relationships with contractors in façades, cladding, and building envelope sector.
• Spot opportunities early and influence specifications before competitors.
• Partner with technical/specification teams to convert interest into business.
• Take ownership of an established, high-potential territory.
• Maintain distributor relationships while focusing on contractor-led demand.
• Travel across Scotland and occasional trips to Northern Ireland.
