Job summary

SFS Group is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to own the South West region, developing new business and strengthening our presence in the roofing and cladding sector. You will act as the go-to technical expert, building relationships with contractors, OEMs, distributors and key stakeholders.

This consultative sales role focuses on growth, territory planning, and providing technical support while collaborating with peers to maximise opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical or construction-related sales.
• Roofing sector experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and able to manage large territory.
• Proactive, self-driven with ability to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales growth by meeting turnover and profitability targets
• Developing new business opportunities with contractors, OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Managing key accounts to ensure continued success and long-term partnership
• Provide technical and consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships within all departments of the customer
• Work closely with your peers to fully leverage all opportunities
• Understand your competitors and report back on a regular basis any information of note
