You’ll identify opportunities, develop solutions combining roofing and building-envelope products, and build strong client relationships nationwide. Expect a competitive package and travel within Scotland.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Roofing, Cladding or building-envelope refurbishments on commercial/industrial buildings.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities in existing buildings and convert to viable projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience discussing scope, costs and proposals.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory.

Aufgaben

• Identify commercial and industrial buildings with refurbishment needs for roofing or cladding.
• Develop new business opportunities across refurbishment market in Scotland.
• Engage with building owners, contractors, surveyors and other decision-makers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements while protecting margins.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
