Job summary

SRS Recruitment Solutions represents a globally respected engineering organisation seeking a Specification & Contractor Sales Manager to drive growth across Scotland and the North East of England. This senior field-based role combines consultant specification activity with contractor engagement to secure long-term, profitable opportunities.

You will influence design, develop strong stakeholder relationships, and manage opportunities from early design through to order, ensuring specifications

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in commercial HVAC/building services.
• Strong understanding of the UK building services project environment.
• Experience developing relationships with consulting engineers and M&E contractors.
• Familiar with CRM platforms and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales across Scotland and the North East of England.
• Build and sustain relationships with consulting engineers, building services consultants and M&E contractors.
• Identify major projects early and craft account/project strategies.
• Maintain involvement through tender, procurement and final order placement.
