Job summary

Company Electric Car is looking for a Technical Sales Executive to grow new business and strengthen relationships across the North of England and Scotland. This newly created role offers ownership of a territory and a chance to influence growth.

You will generate opportunities, manage the sales cycle from contact to quotation, and travel regularly to visit customers, typically three days a week.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, internal or external.
• Experience in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and develop existing customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Visit customers across the region, typically around three days per week.
• Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to find the right solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to quotation and negotiation.
