Job summary

Purely Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Sales Executive to develop presence across Northern England and Scotland, building relationships with customers in the aerospace, defence, rail and advanced engineering sectors or their electronic requirements.

This role offers field-based/home-based work with travel across the region, plus a competitive salary and additional commissions/bonuses, with a company car provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales with electronics knowledge.
• Ability to build relationships with engineering, procurement and commercial stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Northern England and Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across your territory.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement and commercial decision-makers.
• Visit customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities.
• Develop sales opportunities from initial contact through to quotation and negotiation.
• Manage your sales pipeline and develop existing customer relationships.
• Work with engineering and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
