Job summary

The People Co is seeking a proactive Regional Sales specialist to own Scotland Central Belt growth. You will develop long-term partnerships with independent and regional customers, balancing new client wins with expanding existing accounts.

You will travel regionally, present our product ranges, and shape your patch to deliver consistent commercial performance. A full UK driving licence is required and base salary reflects regional market norms.

Qualifications

Experience in field sales or B2B within food, ingredients or FMCG.
Strong commercial and relationship-led mindset.
Ability to develop new opportunities while nurturing existing accounts.
Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
Full UK driving licence and readiness for regional travel.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth across a defined regional territory.
Identify and convert new target customers into active accounts.
Build and develop long-term customer relationships through regular field visits.
