Job summary

Purely Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Technical Field Sales Executive to cover Northern England and Scotland. This field-based role requires home-working with approximately one Swindon office visit per month and a commission-driven package with a company car.

You will identify new customers, build relationships with engineering and procurement leaders, and work with production teams to tailor solutions that meet client electronics requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar field sales role with technical products.
• Ability to build relationships with engineering, procurement and commercial stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently and managing a field sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across your territory in Northern England and Scotland.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement and commercial decision-makers.
• Visit customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities.
• Develop sales opportunities from initial contact through to quotation and negotiation.
• Manage your sales pipeline and develop existing customer relationships.
• Work with engineering and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.
