Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with professional experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
• Chartered status (e.g., MIMechE/CEng) would be advantageous.
• Extensive relevant engineering experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to customers, sales, aftermarket, and service teams.
• Develop technical proposals applying process equipment and engineering knowledge.
• Conduct field troubleshooting and identify root causes for technical issues.
• Meet with customers on site to resolve challenges and ensure satisfaction.
• Carry out inspections, RCA, and site surveys for OEM and aftermarket projects.
• Analyse specifications and recommend tailored engineering solutions.
