Job summary

Project Solver Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations/Technical Manager to plan, organise, direct and control Field Service activity across the UK, ensuring safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a motivated team, develop client relationships, meet revenue and budget targets, and provide technical advice on electrical compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a similar role
• Electrical background 2391 preferred
• At least 5 years' experience in the electrical compliance sector
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and safety requirements
• Degree in a related subject or relevant experience
• Knowledge of uncertainty budgets
• IT literate

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct, co-ordinate and control Field Service activity within the UK
• Develop and lead a well-motivated team aligned to company aims
• Meet financial targets for revenue, margin, costs and stock control
• Recruit engineers and office staff; engage with Engineers every week
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and monitor van fleet and checks
• Provide management information within agreed timescales; support key client contracts
