Formación

• Degree-qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
• Chartered membership (e.g., MIMechE, CEng) would be advantageous.
• Extensive engineering experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient with 2D/3D CAD and drafting software (Solid Edge).
• Experience using engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to customers, Sales, Aftermarket, and Service teams to help secure new business.
• Develop complex technical proposals applying process equipment knowledge and mentor junior engineers.
• Conduct field troubleshooting and root-cause investigations to resolve issues.
• Meet with customers on site to resolve technical challenges and ensure satisfaction.
• Carry out product inspections and site surveys in OEM projects and aftermarket opportunities.
• Analyse customer specs and tailor engineering solutions to meet operational and commercial needs.
