Job summary

Invenco by GVR, a Vontier company, is seeking a Solution Owner to define market requirements and deploy product strategy for North America retail automation projects. You will collaborate with Global Solutions Strategy & Architecture and external stakeholders to grow the product culture and roadmap.

You will lead discovery with cross-functional teams, craft regional roadmaps, shape go-to-market plans, and support the sales organization with detailed solution proposals and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or marketing (MBA an advantage).
• Proven product / business development background.
• Executive presence and effective communication skills.
• Track record delivering roadmaps on time, scope and budget.
• Experience in retail or petroleum retail markets.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for customers within the region at all levels, including C-level.
• Lead discovery with cross-functional teams to frame needs and requirements.
• Develop regional solution roadmaps and collect innovation initiatives.
• Drive mid- and long-term growth through Marketing Led Opportunities.
• Define and accelerate go-to-market strategy for the solution portfolio.
• Maintain knowledge of competition positioning for benchmarking.
• Develop and run experimentation sessions / research for solution value proposition.
• Support sales with solution proposals for RFIs/RFQs and presentations.
• Own internal and external solution communications, including demos and trainings.
