Topcon Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to drive Europe revenue across predominantly recurring platforms and AI offerings. You will own regional strategy, quota design, and multi-site deal execution while leading field sales, Customer Success, and Industry Solutions teams.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, Onboarding and Support to scale connected-care solutions, expand partnerships, and develop scalable routes to market across Europe and MEA.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sales experience.
• 5+ years in senior sales leadership at VP or SVP level.
• Experience leading corporate optometry, optical retail, or multi-site clinical networks.
• Proven ability to build and lead both new-logo and retention teams.

Aufgaben

• Define Europe sales strategy, quota and territory design, compensation, capacity planning, and forecasting cadence.
• Recruit, ramp, coach, and hold sales executives accountable for performance.
• Equip the field with solution narratives, ROI models, demo flows, and customer references.
• Maintain rigorous forecast discipline and address risks with data-driven actions.
• Lead Europe field sales and Customer Success teams with clear goals and accountability.
• Drive cross-sell across Harmony, IRIS, and Oculomics CDSS to expand the installed base.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and Support for seamless customer adoption.
• Coordinate industry partnerships and multi-market expansion.
