Job summary

Veovo is seeking a senior leader to head Global Delivery and Operations, driving performance across airport-focused SaaS solutions. You will lead a global matrix organization, ensure profitable delivery, and partner with regional leaders and the executive team to shape strategy and operating models.

You will own the delivery and service P&L, manage capacity and governance, and guide senior customer engagements while supporting M&A integration as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of technology delivery and service management in a mission-critical domain.
• Experience running SaaS operations at scale and managing multi-million-dollar P&L.

Responsibilities

• Own global delivery and service operations, ensuring profitable and high-quality delivery.
• Hold the delivery and service P&L, forecasting revenue and costs and managing spend.
• Lead a global matrix team including Regional Heads of Delivery, Service and Cloud Operations, and our Delivery Factory.
• Ensure capacity, tools, methods and governance to meet demand and grow.
