Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an AVP, EMEA CRM Solution Consulting to lead a 70 ICs + 14 managers team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You own the Net New Annual Contract Value (NNACV) growth and drive the pre-sales engine for CRM at speed and scale.

You will re-establish a tight link between the field and CRM product, evolve toward the Forward Deployed Engineer model, and lead a POV-centric pre-sales GTM with AI-enabled capabilities, while recruiting and developing top talent for rapid scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales organizations at scale.
• 10+ years in leadership role in Solution Consulting domain.
• Proven track record owning and delivering against ACV/NNACV revenue targets in software/SaaS.
• Experience leading distributed, multi-country teams across EMEA.
• Strong understanding of CRM market and AI disruption in CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the number – drive CRM NNACV growth.
• Translate targets into team-level pre-sales motions and forecast win rates.
• Partner with CRM sales leadership to prioritize opportunities and use cases for fastest wins.
• Lead and grow the next generation of pre-sales talent around the Forward Deployed Engineer model.
• Accelerate POV-centric pre-sales GTM and make proof-of-value the standard.
• Recruit, develop, and retain elite technical talent and build a leadership bench.
• Scale through AI automation and standardized POV frameworks.
• Reconnect field to CRM product to influence roadmap and field feedback.
• Maintain consistent motions and clear messaging with accountable leadership.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and partners to act as a unified engine of execution.
