Job summary

St Mungo's is seeking a Team Manager to lead a new regional service in Bristol and the West of England, delivering trauma-informed support for people facing multiple disadvantages and rough sleeping. You will oversee a team of experienced senior workers and collaborate with 4 partner organisations across multiple local authorities.

You will establish partnerships with statutory and VCFS bodies, set up multi-agency case reviews, and contribute to strategic planning to drive service development

Qualifications

• Experience leading service delivery in homelessness, housing or related settings.
• Ability to establish and manage partnerships with statutory and VCFS organisations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of senior workers delivering support to people sleeping rough or at high risk of rough sleeping.
• Set up and nurture partnerships with statutory and VCFS organisations to support complex needs.
• Establish new multi-agency case review meetings across Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
• Contribute to the planning and strategic direction of the service and drive system change where blocks occur.
• Demonstrate good management and leadership to deliver high-quality services in challenging environments.
